Job Responsibility:

Operate and manage production/assembly line tasks.

Ensure quality standards are maintained during production.

Follow shift schedules and company safety protocols.

Qualification:

10th, 12th, ITI (Electrical & Electronic), Diploma (Electrical & Electronic)

Skills:

Basic assembly/production skills

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Punctuality and discipline

Salary:

10th/12th: ₹12,778/- in hand (8 hours), CTC ₹16,596/-

ITI: ₹13,340/- in hand (8 hours), CTC ₹17,342/-

Diploma: ₹16,388/- in hand (8 hours), CTC ₹21,257/-

ESI & PF separate

Other Details:

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 26 days/month, 4 weeks off

Canteen deduction: ₹572/- monthly
